5.1. Kiano.Net is committed to protecting your privacy and security. From time to time we may invite you to supply personal information in order for Kiano.Net to provide you with specific services (including Let It Snow weather updates, Email newsletters and Email forms). In order to deliver such services, we will need to collect, process and store your personal information. By submitting your personal information, you consent to such processing and transfer in connection with such orders, offers, newsletters or services as to which you consent at the time you provide the information or as provided in this ‘Terms of Service’ document.
5.2. Information collected by us falls between two different categories - confidential information and non-confidential information. Confidential information is any of the following details that we collect: Name (full or partial), telephone number, email address. Non-confidential information is any of the following details that we collect: IP addresses, basic browser and computer information, country of viewing, date and time of pages viewed.
5.3. Some confidential information (as outlined in section 5.2) is submitted over a secure connection.
5.4. All information (whether classed as confidential or not) is kept password protected and/or encrypted once received at Kiano.Net. Everyone who works for Kiano.Net has access to all information about it's customers or visitors but logs are taken of the person who accesses it. This prevents constant access to same documents, and any suspicious access will be automatically reported.
5.5. We do not pass on any information, except outlined in 5.6, (whether classed as confidential or not) to any other people or companies.
5.6. We may provide aggregate statistics about our sales, traffic patterns, page views and customer counts to our carefully selected partners (if any), but these statistics may only contain the following details; IP addresses, basic browser and computer information, country of viewing, date and time of pages viewed. We will not, under any circumstances, pass on any other details to other companies or people.
5.7. You have the right to request a copy of the personal information Kiano.Net holds about you (if any) and to have any inaccuracies corrected or removed. You will need to provide us with your name and email address and any corrections you would like to make. Please send us a message at our support ticket system.
5.8. If you sign up to any email notifications on any of our webpages, you can normally unsubscribe by replying with the words UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject title. Certain email addresses on Kiano.Net are for outgoing emails only, eg. noreply@kiano.net. You should send an email to our online support system to unsubscribe from these emails.
